Conversion and Usability Expert


General Responsibilities

  • Conducting extensive quantitative and qualitative website audits to identify opportunities for increasing conversion rates
  • Responsible for reporting on results to clients and executive team
  • Working to continually improve processes
  • Establish key consumer behavior indicators, benchmarks and goals to
    measure and improve performance
  • Create and present monthly website performance reports
  • Work closely with designers & developers to implement tests
  • Setup user segmentation for tests

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of website usability testing or conversion optimization experience
  • Expertise using Omniture, Yahoo! Web Analytics, IndexTools, or Google Analytics
  • A strong understanding of conversion measurement and testing methodologies such as A/B and Multivariate testing applications
  • Solid understanding of the relationship between content, visual design, user interface and technology
  • Understanding of Internet related data and behaviors, and how to effectively identify and interpret critical performance metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication and presentation to stakeholders, including management, marketing, creative, production, external clients and outside vendors
  • Self-motivated, proactive individual with positive attitude…a team player!
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic work environment
  • B.S. in related field

Desired

  • HTML, CSS & RegEx expertise
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates for online stores

Sales Specialist


General Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily prospecting calls to potential clients 
  • Follow up via phone and qualify assigned leads generated from trade shows, webinars, mailings, email, phone, web and other sources
  • Add new leads to Salesforce from the web, trade shows, mailings, phone,
    and other sources
  • Identify sales opportunities and execute outbound sales activity
  • Communicate with the sales team about qualified leads as directed
  • Provide daily and weekly report of leads generated and the status of projects
  • Collaborate with senior sales reps and VP of Marketing to identify
    the customer base that should be targeted for active prospecting.

Requirements

  • B.S. in sales and/or Marketing or related field
  • A proven track record of success in a similar capacity with special attention to outbound sales calling
  • Ability to follow through, attention to detail
  • Articulate, professional phone demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills –verbal and written required
  • Self-motivated, proactive individual with positive attitude…a team player!
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic work environment
  • Sales force experience preferred
  • Diligent, self-motivated team player who can work professionally under minimal supervision
  • Desired  Solid understanding of the internet and the advantages of online marketing in today’s marketplace
