David Clemen, Sales Manager

David Clemen joined Exclusive Concepts in 2006 with a decade of sales and marketing experience. With wide-ranging skills and a wealth of contacts in technology, life sciences, financial services, and other industries, he is responsible for expanding the firm’s client base.

His sales management experience include serving as vice president of sales and marketing at ATI Marketing, Inc., responsible for accounts such as AT&T, Verizon, Cingular, and Sprint PCS. He was also sales manager and trainer for JPC Services, Inc., an IT consulting firm, where he developed and managed accounts with Keane International, Smart Help Desk, and various other IT services and products organizations.

His experience also includes telesales, training, and recruitment roles. He has developed formal corporate training programs for telesales forces at both ATI Marketing and JPC Services, and he was the lead supervisor at Dial America Marketing, responsible for motivating callers, training supervisors, and securing results for over 88 telefundraisers.

David was most recently a career services representative at Career Education Institute, where he placed in the top 15 of 89 career service reps nationwide. Adept at relationship building, he persuaded top technical and healthcare organizations like Boston Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess, Massachusetts General Hospital, Walgreen’s, CVS, Osco Drugs, IBM, and Hewlett Packard to utilize IT and medical school graduates. He was also a career specialist with Boston Career Link (Morgan Memorial Goodwill), where he cultivated and managed relationships with Bank of America, Citizens Bank, Jiffy Lube, Securitas USA, UPS, and Kelly International, among others.
