The Boston Park Plaza is a classic, elegant hotel in the heart of historic Boston. They wanted a stylish yet simple Website to highlight their historic appeal and simplify viewing and booking for tourists and event planners. The unique challenge in this case was not only to meet the hotel's branding objectives, but also to meet their sales objectives.

Exclusive Concepts presented Boston Park Plaza with several initial design concepts that met their basic criteria in terms of "look," but not "feel." Feel is often the most subjective element of Web design, and while it can be difficult to articulate in a plan, the client knows best what works. Exclusive Concepts was happy to dig deeper.

The team took another look at the initial market research, made on-site visits to several Boston hotels (including the Boston Park Plaza), and developed new design configurations that successfully captured the feel the hotel was looking for on their Website.

The Website also needed to be built so that it would be optimized for search engines. So, once the design was approved, Exclusive Concepts conducted thorough keyword and competitor research to determine the best tactics for improving the hotel's natural rankings in Google and other popular search engines.

Sure enough, once these tactics were implemented, high rankings in Google were achieved, including top 10 rankings on the hotel's most sought-after terms and phrases.

The new site from Exclusive Concepts, combined with expert search engine positioning, has led to improved bookings and site traffic.
