Why is this important?

Millions of Outlook users decide on what email to open based on what they see in autopreview. Many more mobile users, see only the first few lines of an email. Make sure that you consider these users when you design your email campaigns and newsletters. Getting a meaningful message in-front of your readers to help them decide what to spend time on will significantly improve your open rates.
